We attended the beginner bread baking course today and it was fantastic. Even though it was a whirlwind of information, we definitely learned a lot and the results speak for themselves. We'll definitely be taking the next course. Many thanks, Jörg, for a sociable and relaxed afternoon/evening, for the excellent explanations, and the wonderful baked goods. 👍

We attended a Swabian baking course with master baker Jörg himself. It was incredibly informative, the group was fun, and the results were delicious. There was a short break where we enjoyed coffee, soft drinks, and a light snack. Of course, we all sampled the freshly baked goods and took a lot home with us. A wonderful evening! We'd love to do it again :-)

The focus was on bread, but the cakes were also very good. The café is modernly furnished with plenty of space. We had a special request for our coffee (hot chocolate with espresso), which was happily accommodated. The staff were very friendly.

One of the best bakeries in the entire region!! Whether you're looking for exceptionally good rolls, delicious bread, a fantastic selection of cakes, or a superb breakfast on-site, we always love coming back. On our last visit, we were absolutely thrilled with the "Carousel" breakfast (see photos). It easily feeds 2-3 people! Everything was beautifully presented and incredibly tasty. We even had to buy some of the jam afterward! :) Sitting outside on the terrace in the summer is a must!

This Place Is AWESOME. Needs to get on the map. Best Bakery I've visited in Germany so far!!! It is run by "Der Wildt Bäker" Jeorg Schmid, 3rd generation!!!
